What is EMS training?
EMS training, or Electrical Muscle Stimulation, is physical exercise performed using modern muscle electrostimulation technology. The method has been known and successfully used in medicine, physiotherapy and professional sports for years. The training involves performing basic functional exercises with additional stimulation of the muscles to perform more intensive work. Performing specific movements allows you to engage the muscles in a natural way, and the signal from the machine stimulates them to make the training even more effective.
